Nemetschek Scia has a strong dual-level, after-sales support structure. In case, our front-desk Support Staff find themselves unable to answer your queries satisfactorily, they escalate the enquiry to the second level of staff with specific domain knowledge.
As value-addition, Nemetschek Scia also offers group, corporate and advanced trainings and project consultancy services.
In general
You are not alone! The Nemetschek Scia support team is there for you.
Each week day from 9.00h – 12.30h and 13.30h – 17.00h all customers with a maintenance contract can count on support by telephone of our Nemetschek Scia Support Team.
In addition to technical coaching on the use of the program, the helpdesk offers support on each unforeseen necessity or concrete demand for an explanation.
If first line support comes to the conclusion, that they are not entirely able to answer your questions, they send the request for help or information further to the responsible product engineers. These employees have still more specific knowledge.
Tip
You try to reach us and the support line is busy for a longer time, please do not waste your time! If you have an urgent question, send us an e-mail with a description of your problem to support@scia-online.com.
Your question is registered immediately and you receive an e-mail with your ticket number and a direct link to our support system.
Do not forget to add the project and your contact details to the e-mail. In this way your report is handled efficiently and quickly. The support department can quickly evaluate your question with regard to the project, reproduce the question and contact you again in order to come to a solution of your problem.
Product documentation & versions
The development of software is a continuous process of modernising, checking and adapting. On a regular base, new versions with improvements are developed. In this way, Nemetschek Scia can extend the program with specific functionalities and improve earlier versions.
A release can be recognized by the first series of numbers and is available on CD-rom.
Patches are regularly put at the disposal of customers via this website and can be recognized by the second series of numbers, e.g. yyyy.x.083
