Nemetschek Scia has a consistent human resources policy which cuts across its International offices.

Organization Structure
Nemetschek Scia's operational structure is organized around business units, comprising employees from different legal units. The best abilities are in this way gathered on an international level.
The sales division is organized around sales teams for each major language market. There are 3 teams: BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg), Czech and Slovak republics and an International team. Each team has a sales team leader.
There are 5 Customer Services hubs:
Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and the Czech office.
The 2 business units are focused on their product competence. The largest unit is the CAE software suite (with flagship product Scia Engineer), the others being CAD/CAM/CIM solutions for specific areas of Steel Construction and Concrete (mainly prefab).
IT (network, Intranet, Extranet), Finance, Logistics, H.R. and Quality Control are all centralized functions and are looked after at corporate level.
