During the course of its existence Nemetschek Scia has developed strategic alliances with various partners from the construction and engineering industry in order to maximise its synergies. These alliances relate to both product development and sales & marketing./

Product Development Alliances
| • | Several co-operative projects on CAE software development are underway in collaboration with the technical universities of Prague and Brno (Cz); the same applies for TNO (Delft, NL). |

| • | For design software on reinforced concrete plates and shells, Nemetschek Scia is in partnership with Dr. Eduard Hobst (Nürnberg, D). |

| • | Nemetschek Scia has a partnership with FEM Consulting for specific software development including the Finite Elements solver of Scia Engineer. |

| • | An agreement was signed on 10/7/2001 with Nemetschek AG (München, Germany) to cover the distribution rights of Nemetschek CAD products by Nemetschek Scia and a collaboration to market Nemetschek Scia products in the German market. This is a strategic partnership since the software products of both companies completely complement each other in the target market i.e. reinforced concrete design offices. |

| • | Deltares (NL) and Nemetschek Scia have signed an agreement. Both organisations are intensifying the cooperation for the development of new geo-structural engineering software and international distribution. The exchange of mutual know-how and competences in geo-structural engineering leads to a strong synergy and enduring success for both organisations. |

| • | Through CADS UK, Nemetschek Scia is operating successfully in the United Kingdom. The cooperation is extended to bundle forces in creating an industry standard CAE solution based on the Scia Engineer platform, by integrating CADS design know-how. With its sister company CADS Software India (CSI), Nemetschek Scia has entered an agreement for setting up a Nemetschek Scia development team in Chennai. Also CSI will distribute the Nemetschek Scia product family Scia Engineer platform on the Indian market though its offices in Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi. | • | For decades now, the Echo-group is the absolute market leader in the field of development o floor solutions and production of prefabricated floor elements and thus also one of the largest players on international scene. The cooperation between Nemetschek Scia and Echo regards on the one hand product development with respect to the new construction standard Eurocode 2 for floor elements and on the other hand automation projects on the international market for prefab-producers. |

| • | ArcelorMittal and Nemetschek Scia have started a cooperation on bringing design tools for a series of steel structures to a broader market. A new project is launched for linking the Arcelor pre-design software with the general analysis & design software of Nemetschek Scia. It is focusing on Cellular Beams, for use in floors or large span roofing systems and pre-design tools such as cost estimation. | Tilt-Up Design Systems develops design and construction technology solutions for the tilt-up concrete industry. Their SaaS application, Tilt-Werks, is available to subscribers 24/7 and is the only integrated technology for the tilt-up design & construction industry. Tilt-Up Design Systems and Nemetschek Scia are cooperating to provide an integrated, whole building BIM solution for site-cast precast (tilt-up) construction. The result is a link between Scia Engineer and Tilt-Werks. This combination provides a workflow for tilt-up that links 3D building modeling, engineering analysis and design, with automatic wall panel engineering and drawing creation, reinforcing steel design and placing drawings and cut lists, material quantity take offs and accurate cost estimates. |

Sales Alliances
| • | Nemetschek Scia has an arrangement with Kaltenbach, a German machine manufacturer for CIM-Plate software, (part of Scia Steel CIM) with its plate flame cutting machine. |

| • | Distribution agreements are underwritten with the dealers & agents for the following countries: Austria, Germany, France, USA, Canada, U.K., Croatia, Spain, Greece, etc. |

| • | The strategic cooperation with Nemetschek has led to a distribution agreement with several Nemetschek distributors such as France and Nemetschek Switzerland.
