The open PP database, a pool for precast parts
The projects and the structure of a building as well as the basic data for each individual precast part are stored in an SQL database. The database is "open", i.e. accessible for information or the development of further own applications.
The database is supplemented with information from the applications and develops into an information pool for precast parts.
As a central tool, it provides relevant information to the work stations and functions as data platform for production data (Unidata).
The SQL-database is an open database, so exchange methods are endless. The PP Manager is the direct link between the actual drawings, and all other applications, every modification is transferred directly to PP Manager, and from PP Manager to all other systems. This means that there are no more version mismatches.
On this database, you can use the standard reports, as well as use your own (self-defined) reports. The reports are accessible both in PP Manager, and through an internet portal, so they can be generated from all over the world.
The status at a glance (TIM, Technical Information Manager)
PP Manager enables you to see, understand, and observe the project from all sides. It also sets the process status - planned, released, produced, assembled. If, for example, a change is initiated, everyone is informed with just a few clicks.
Starting from the assembled model, projects are visualized, and colors are applied to identify different statuses. This gives a quick overview of the whole project. Select an element in the model, and all relevant data is available in the properties.
The model can also play the assembly sequence, based on the planning in PP Manager. This “movie” gives an easy overview of the life cycle of a project on site. By simply looking at the growing construction you can assess it and correct possible errors.
Loading and deliveries (Delivery manager)
PP Manager also handles the graphical stacking of ceilings, walls and other structural parts.
The stability of the stacks can be determined, maximum weights are checked and axis loads of the truck can be calculated. You can add extra delivery materials to the stack, and print the delivery notes from PP Manager.
Production under control (Production manager)
PP Manager supports almost every possible production method. Based on a calendar, you make a graphical planning. Statistics are calculated from this planning, so work load and production volume can be determined. You can also reserve capacity for future projects (rough capacity planning), or you can plan or identify obstacles such as maintenance or holiday periods.
Reports and production data, as well as production feedback are also included in the production module.
